LinkedIn Professional Headshots

Many recruiters and hiring managers go directly to LinkedIn to source and/or learn about candidates. Even if hiring managers use Google to learn about you, they will end up at your LinkedIn profile because your profile will likely appear at the top of the Google search results. LinkedIn – once thought of as your online resume – provides an opportunity to build a multi-media, personal branding portfolio that touts your skills and experience. 

Your LinkedIn profile should feature a compelling, branded summary, professional headshot (facing forward not away from your content), your experience, education, skills/endorsements (get the top 10 in the order of importance to the role you are seeking), recommendations and groups.
